Luna started as a weekend pop-up in Downtown Miami. Today we're a full roastery and cafe, but the mission hasn't changed.

Founders Maria and Diego spent years traveling to coffee-growing regions in Colombia, Ethiopia, and Guatemala before bringing their passion home. Every bean we roast is traceable, every relationship with our farmers is direct.
