This site presents IslaApp’s website services and example starting styles. Demo websites and concept images are illustrative; they do not represent completed work for an identified customer unless stated.
No purchase or contract
Sending a website request does not create a purchase or a contract. The intake form does not collect payment.
Selected option and approval
IslaApp confirms your selected option and written acceptance before reserving a spot. Sending a request does not create a purchase or contract, and no payment is collected through this form.
Launch offer
Website costs $29/month and includes no store or booking calendar. Website + business tools costs $35/month and includes up to 100 products and one booking calendar. Your first 60 days are free from the date your website goes live. There is no setup charge, automatic price increase or 12-month lock.
Acceptable use
Do not misuse the site, send false information, try to disrupt it or access it without permission, or use it unlawfully.
Third-party links
Links to third-party sites, such as Duda previews and templates, are provided for convenience. We do not control them and are not responsible for their content or terms.
Intellectual property
IslaApp’s content, designs and branding belong to IslaApp or its licensors. Third-party names and marks belong to their owners. Do not copy or reuse them without permission.
Warranty and liability
The site is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. To the extent permitted by law, IslaApp is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the site.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction where IslaApp is established and applicable United States federal law.
Changes
We may update these terms. The revised version will appear on this page.
